No Peek Casserole
Serves 4

1.5 lbs all natural Repard Farms stew beef
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 cup sherry

Mix all ingredients.  Cook 2 hours at 325 degrees in covered casserole.

Serve with rice or noodles

Home Style Pot Roast
Serves 6

3-3.5 lbs all natural Repard Farms beef roast
1 large oven bag
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. water
1 envelope onion soup mix
6-8 small red potatoes
1 med. onion, cut into quarters
1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
chopped parsley (optional)

1) Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2) Shake flour in bag to coat
3) Place in 13x9x2" or larger pan at least 2" deep
4) Add water and soup mix. Squeeze bag to blend
5) Add roast to bag. Coat roast with sauce
6) Place potatoes, onions, and carrots in bar around roast and close bag with nylon tie
7) Cut six 1/2" slits in top and tuck ends of bag into pan
8) Bake 3 hrs or until roast is tender.  Sprinkle with parsley before serving, if desired.
